Because being effective in government contracting requires good decision-making, there is Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™.
When Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™ was created 10 years ago, the goal was to provide industry leaders, executives and professionals in government contracting with a road map to the most relevant, robust and timely information sources to support decision-making for finding and winning contracts and subcontracts. That original program was 60 minutes in length and was very popular, productive and successful. Since then, the program has greatly increased in depth and density.
Today, the Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™ 2-Day Immersion Bootcamp is in fact an opportunity for participants from companies under $1M and over $100M in revenues, to be immersed in the tactics, tools, terminology and knowledge needed to effectively plan and execute Market Assessment, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, Capture Management and Proposal Management, collectively, the Business Development Life Cycle.
A substantive portion of the program focuses on helping participants establish proper context of terminology, processes and systems seen, heard and discussed every day in government contracting circles. Known as the ‘What You Don’t Know Will Cost You’ topics, these very interactive discussions consistently produce dramatic and positive shifts in how participants view the competitive and opportunity landscape in government contracting going forward.
In short, Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™ 2-Day Immersion Bootcamp is a comprehensive training that delivers practical information-in-context to reduce and eliminate mysteries often associated with identifying and pursuing business opportunities with U.S. civilian, defense and intelligence agencies, and their prime contractors.
You should attend this program if you are:
- an executive who develops and implements company growth strategies;
- an executive or professional who identifies, qualifies, pursues and responds to contract and subcontract opportunities;
- administrative staff supporting market research, pipeline management and marketing efforts;
- from a government agency and would like this information to better identify viable industry partners;
Attendees are required to bring a personal computer to maximize their participation in the Bootcamp program.
Each interactive Immersion Bootcamp program is typically limited to 15 participants. Each program will specify seat availability.
Registration includes access for one (1) participant, course materials, participation in the Pre-Bootcamp Breakfast and lunch for each day.
