Guy is co-founder of The American Small Business Coalition.
Edward Delisle is a principal in Offit|Kurman's Philadelphia office and concentrates his practice in the areas of federal contracting, construction law, construction litigation and small business procurement and litigation. Traci Rowland Shepps, a Partner at Cordia Partners, brings over twenty years of professional experience in all facets of accounting operations, compliance, system design and implementation, and system and process optimization. She specializes in providing accounting support, system design and business process implementation and optimization and supports government contractors with accounting department management, financial reporting, complex indirect rate and revenue computations, GAAP and FAR compliance and cost allowability. Traci is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Erin-Michael Gill is the founder and CEO of Genaesis – one of the fastest-growing M&A advisory firms in the country. Prior to founding Genaesis, Erin-Michael was CEO of Synthos Technologies, a 65-person technology company selling to the Federal and Intelligence communities. He is former Managing Director and Chief IP Officer at MDB Capital Group where he predicted the start and dynamics driving the IT industry “patent wars” with his work on Blackberry, growing their IP valuation $1.1B. Mr. Gill was appointed as Special Advisor to the USPTO by the Obama Administration in 2009 , focused on operational improvement, sustainable funding, global IP policy leadership, and IT modernization. Mr. Gill has also been appointed by three US Secretaries of Commerce to White House Advisory positions specializing in Foreign Investment and International Trade.

Since taking her first position as a marketing analyst for an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Nicole has continuously and actively developed her skills in several areas of the Business Development Lifecycle, including strategic planning, marketing, business development, capture, and proposals.
Brian Friel is co-founder of BD Squared, LLC and a federal contracts expert with two decades of experience analyzing the business of government. Brian has taken a “big data” approach throughout his career, developing expertise in federal contracts, federal opportunities and budget data analysis and providing market analyses to federal contractors. Previously he served as an analyst at Bloomberg Government where he pioneered the development of IDIQ contract vehicle insights and intelligence. He spent the first part of his career as a journalist for Government Executive, National Journal and Congressional Quarterly, giving him a deep understanding of federal policy and procedure that he infuses in his contracts analysis.
