Do work for an organization that contracts (or subcontracts) with the U.S. Government?
Are you from a government agency?
Are you a supporter of our Nation’s Military, Veterans and Wounded Warriors?
The Holiday Charity Bash™ powered by The American Small Business Coalition (or simply The Bash) is an event well worth your personal and professional time! Since 2009 The American Small Business Coalition and our sponsors, donors, guests and volunteers, have joined forces to donate nearly $87,000 to support our active duty military, veterans and Wounded Warriors and their families. We have raised money to retrofit housing for injured and disabled veterans, fund education scholarships for veterans, spouses and dependents and provide for the recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration of America’s heroes and their families.
Why do we do this? Because we are, we have been, we work with or are related to someone who is serving or has served! With your support, here's how we do it!
We start by:
- bringing out the best and most generous from Government and Industry;
- inviting local Wounded Warriors and Veterans to The Bash with us;
- having an amazing group of donors, sponsors and volunteers!
We combine that with;
- an abundance of great food
- a silent auction featuring amazing gifts and experiences
- a 50/50 raffle (the last winner netted $1500)
- the Freeze Frame! Photo Booth (smile for the camera!)
- Mystery Gift Boxes, an affordable way to boost the donation and get something in return!
This in addition to having surpassed our donation goal every year, it’s little wonder why everyone associated with The Bash leaves with great memories, business contacts, actual business opportunities and a sense of accomplishment. The Holiday Charity Bash is a perfect blend of business,community and giving at the start of the holiday season!
We hope you'll help us exceed this year’s donation goal of $7,500

About Our Charity PartnerAmerican Freedom Foundation honors, serves and supports Veterans, military service members, and their families. We aim to help their transition to the civilian workforce through partnerships with military focused organizations. American Freedom Foundation offers several resources and partners that help Veterans and their families. Warriors To The Workforce hiring events have helped thousands find civilian employment opportunities. Scholarships valued in excess of $9.2 million have been awarded to date to dependents through the AFF/Kaplan University Military Family Scholarship Program. The AFF concert series has raised $1.5 million for organizations that directly serve and support our Veterans and their families.
Through American Freedom Foundation, we will support their Warriors To The Workforce and Homes for Our Troops
About Warriors To The Workforce events
Veteran events are at the core of what American Freedom Foundation does. Warriors To The Workforce is their key initiative that connects Veterans with major companies. They also provide workshops, resources and information necessary to transition from military to civilian life at events across the country.
About Homes for Our Troops
Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) is a privately funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds mortgage-free, specially adapted homes nationwide for severely injured Veterans Post – 9/11, to enable them to rebuild their lives. Most of these Veterans have sustained injuries including multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis, and/or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives. Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 cents of every dollar has gone directly to our program services for Veterans. HFOT builds these homes where the Veteran chooses to live, and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery to assist them with rebuilding their lives.
