Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™ Bootcamp is a comprehensive and immersive 2-day  learning experience for executives, professionals and administrative staff responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing and winning federal contracts and subcontracts. Based on proven processes and decades of practical experience and expertise, this program exists solely to empower these individuals with essential knowledge and skills to help them succeed. Note: Most sections (especially 3-8) include multiple discussions and exercises to reinforce content relevance and stickiness for participants. Since its inception, previous versions of this program have been delivered to small, medium and large companies new to government contracting and to well-established organizations with many years and many wins to their names. In private and public sessions, participant familiarity ranged from neophyte to industry veterans with 20+ years in varying roles tied to growth efforts. Our observations over the years have led us to evolve the program and create a content flow that builds a foundation of knowledge for some participants and enhances a current body of knowledge for others. The flow of the content and discussions empowers the creation and correction of perceptions and understanding of federal (civilian, defense and intelligence) agency practices, processes, systems and terminologies that most influence vendor business development activities, from initial market assessment to the submission of proposals.
