2016 Holiday Charity Bash Sponsorships

 

On December 7 2016, The ASBC is hosting our Holiday Charity Bash at Convene@1800 in McLean, Virginia with a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, special guest bartenders from Government and Industry, and of course, great networking, all to support our Charity Partner! 

We have great opportunities for sponsorship ranging from $50.00 to $6,500.00.

Crystal Bells Presenting Sponsor - $6,500 (2 available) SOLD!

  • Ten (10) passes to the Charity Bash;
  • Four (4) passes sent on behalf of sponsor to local Wounded Warriors to attend Bash;
  • Sponsor brand prominently displayed on the 8'x8' Photo Wall;
  • Two representatives participate in check presentation to our charity partner;
  • Full-page color ad in printed event program;
  • This sponsorship includes significant speaking opportunity during the Bash;
  • Thank You for Attending message sent on behalf of Sponsor to all registered guests;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee paid donated to our charity partner on behalf of sponsor.

Golden Bells Sponsor - $5,000 (2 available)

  • Six (6) passes for the Charity Bash
  • Two (2) complimentary passes sent on behalf of sponsor to local Wounded Warriors to attend Bash;
  • Sponsor brand prominently displayed on the 8'x8' Photo Wall;
  • Prominent brand inclusion in offline and online social media activities;
  • One representative participates in check presentation to charity partner;
  • Co-Sponsor/Sponsor brand(s) prominently displayed on invitations to Wounded Warriors;
  • Half page color ad in printed event program;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee paid donated to our charity partner on behalf of sponsor.

Santa's Workshop Sponsors - $3,500

General underwriting sponsorships supporting key activities of the Bash.  Each sponsorship includes:

  • Two (2) passes to the Charity Bash
  • Sponsor brand included on the Photo Wall;
  • Sponsor brand inclusion in offline and online social media activities and printed event program;
  • Half page color ad in printed event program;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee paid donated to our charity partner on behalf of sponsor.

  • Sponsor brand watermarked on all photo's captured by the photo booth;

Silver Bells Sponsor - $2,500 (4 available)
  • Two (2) passes for the Charity Bash

  • Two (2) passes for the Charity Bash;
  • Sponsor brand included on the 8'x8' Photo Wall;
  • Sponsor logo in printed event program;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee paid donated to our charity partner on behalf of sponsor.

Sleigh Bells Sponsor - $500 (10 available)
  • One (1) passes for the Charity Bash;
  • Sponsor logo in printed event program;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee donated to charity

Snow Angel Sponsor - $250
  • One (1) pass for the Holiday Charity Bash
  • Sponsor name listed in printed event program;
  • Portion of sponsorship fee donated to charity partner

Stocking Stuffer Sponsor - $50

  • Name/organization in event program
  • Sponsorship is used to purchase items to be included in Mystery Gift Boxes.  Sponsor will receive donation acknowledgement from American Freedom Foundation
