The GSA Schedule is an essential contracting mechanism for the U.S. Government and a fantastic tool for many companies depending on their agency focus and offering. According to the Federal Procurement Data System, in FY2009, the Government executed nearly 600,000 competitive and non-competitive contract actions against GSA Schedules for delivery orders totaling $28,224,539,178.00.

Areas to be covered include: Terms and Conditions; Schedule Sales Numbers; Advantages for Government and Industry; Cooperative Purchasing; BPAs and Teaming; Past Performance Requirements; Administrative Schedule Maintenance; Reporting and Paying the IFF; eOffer/eMod and Digital Certificates; Trade Agreement Act Restrictions; Economic Price Adjustments; and Price Reduction Clause Issues.
