One key to positioning yourself to win business is proposing a competitive price. Pricing to win involves knowing the competitive range and understanding your costs.
This session will provide an overview of cost modeling as it applies to indirect rates and government contract pricing and will include a definition of overhead/G&A/Fringe pools and alternative ways to select pools and calculate rates so as to maximize the ability to price competitively.
Attendee Suggested Experience Level: Novice to Intermediate
Attendees should be familiar with the government contracting process and/or private sector contracting. Those looking to start businesses will probably be lost.
