PrimeConnections™ is strategic relationship development that leverages structured information exchange and targeted matchmaking to efficiently connect federal prime contractors with small government contractors interested in partnerships to support the business and mission operations of government agencies.

Industry partnerships via subcontracting and teaming are keys to the success of government agency business and mission operations. To this end, the Defense Intelligence Agency recently launched its Mentor-Protégé Program that has created significant interest from current and prospective prime contractors and small companies doing business at DIA and DIA customers, and around the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Since productive relationships are not developed overnight; participants should not expect to be selected as a protégé, teaming partner or subcontractor at this event. This activity should be leveraged as an opportunity to make a good first impression to secure follow-up discussions.

The specific goals of this event are to assist:

- small government contractors currently doing business, and new to doing business with DIA and/or DIA contractors, with identifying ways to position themselves for additional or expanded relationships

- current DIA prime contractors with identifying viable small business partners who can contribute to capturing and delivering against current and future requirements.

- prime contractors not yet doing business with DIA, to identify small business partners to help them find and win business opportunities.

Small and "other than small” U.S. owned/controlled companies currently doing business or seeking opportunities with Defense Intelligence Agency and its customers are eligible to register for this event. Participation by consultants, B2Bservice providers and B2B product suppliers is not permitted.

Prime contractor participation limited to ten (10) companies.

Companies must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Participation is limited to two (2) representatives per company (exception for event sponsors).
