Air Force Flying High Via Simplified Acquisitions
On Monday, May 14th at 2:00PM ET, the SAP Task Force will present a review of the U.S. Air Force, to discuss what it buys, how much it spends and where it spends its streamlined purchase dollars.
To date, the Air Force as a whole has executed nearly 5,000 contract actions for goods and services via simplified acquisition procedures, totaling over $173 million dollars.
Based on current spending, the top states for contractors to be in for receiving Air Force SAP dollars are Texas, California, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
