Jenkins Hill LLC to Provide Marketing and Management Consulting Services for Small Business Owners in the Federal Marketplace

David E. Durbin of Illinois and legislative director and chief counsel to the late Senator Terry Sanford of North Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Bar, U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and the American Society of Association Executives. He has been recognized for his “extraordinary contributions to the District of Columbia Bar’s Pro Bono Program,” which provides free legal assistance to indigent residents of the nation’s capital, and he has received the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives Community Service Award for his extraordinary commitment to public service and social responsibility in the metropolitan Washington area.

The ASBC is a membership-based small business advocacy group providing procurement-based technical assistance, networking, mentoring and training for companies working with U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors that support the Government. The ASBC also assists Government Small Business Offices without charge in achieving their small business goals.
