Can Your Company Stay Ahead of the Bear?

Here's the bottom line.

If your company is considering pursuit of the upcoming GSA ALLIANT 2 Unrestricted, GSA ALLIANT 2 Small Business or GSA VETS2 GWACs, and you (a) don't know your score, (b) don't know your ranking (c) don't know the 'cut' score, and (d) don't know the rankings of the competition, you're likely about to make a bad and very costly decision.

Looming over the heads of many companies is the consequence of a veritable lockout to the billions in Information Technology goods and services spending that will occur over the next 10 years should they fail to secure a position on GSA ALLIANT 2 or GSA VETS2. It's little wonder these contract vehicles are considered a 'must-win' for so many.

The challenge is understanding how to win and if you can win, and that requires an intense data-driven approach given the unique and very objective scoring methodology being applied by GSA. Another challenge is the volatility of your position. You might be viable today, but changes occurring between now and the issuance of the RFPs (such as the potential for small business teaming based on changes implemented by Congress) might have you falling out of or into a winning position. You need to understand how this can happen and how to maximize your score, and chances of winning.

The Competitive Intelligence Community is hosting Brian Friel of One Nation Analytics, a trusted industry expert in the area of competitive intelligence analysis, to discuss the knowledge-based and data-driven bid/no-bid solution he has developed for companies pursuing GSA ALLIANT 2 and the VETS2 GWACs. The outputs produced by One Nation Analytics as a result of their analyses are a tangible game-changer in how companies make important decisions for an extremely important opportunity.
