The Complete Simplified Acquisitions Workshop! includes our comprehensive ‘Finding and Winning Simplified Acquisitions to Grow Your Business’ seminar that exposes attendees to a substantive background on how agencies utilize these streamlined purchases as it relates to their companies, and practical steps they can use to identify departments, agencies, bureaus and individual contracting offices engaged in purchasing supplies and services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The goal is for each attendee to leave with a solid understanding of this procurement method and a viable pipeline of suspects, prospects, leads and opportunities from agencies they seek to engage.
During the workshop attendees will be led in:
- understanding how their target agencies leverage Simplified Acquisitions to purchase the products and/or services they offer;
- identifying the departments, bureaus and contracting offices currently procuring what they offer via Simplified Acquisitions;
- building a list of viable suspects, prospects, leads and opportunities;
- developing an approach to pursuing the items in their newly developed Simplified Acquisition Pipeline.
