Real-World Knowledge to Access Real-Time Government Contracting Opportunities


How much of a difference would $250,000 in revenue mean to your company this year or even this quarter? How about $500,000 or maybe $1,000,000 in obligated dollars to your company from one or more federal or defense agencies for products or services you offer?

During Fiscal Year 2014, 5,270 small business concerns captured at least $250,000 in mostly competitive awards with the top small business claiming $583M in ‘simplified’ dollars alone.

Have you noticed that government-wide contract dollars are declining each year? If you examine obligations reported by agencies to the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS-NG) from FY2011 to current and look at agency spending based on the ‘Solicitation Procedures’ referenced, only one of the nine methods described shows an upward trend, Simplified Acquisitions.

Opportunity On-Ramp: Simplified Acquisitions™ is the follow-on to our comprehensive ‘Finding and Winning Simplified Acquisitions to Grow Your Business’ seminar/webinar that purposefully exposes attendees to practical steps they can use to identify departments, agencies, bureaus and individual contracting offices engaged in purchasing supplies and services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The goal is for each attendee to leave with a viable pipeline of prospects and opportunities. During each session attendees will receive hands-on training for:

-          developing a prospect list of contacts at agencies they are interested in doing business with;

-          identifying simplified purchases submitted to an agency forecast, and as applicable;

-          capturing information about current opportunities being solicited by government agencies.

The agenda and learning objectives are for program participants to:

·         Identify Upcoming ‘Simplified’ Buys

·         Identify Previous Related Buys

·         Leverage Public Domain Tools to Identify Key Information

·         Identify Contracting Offices and Buyers

·         Build a Simplified Acquisition Pipeline!
