About Our Presenter
Ms. Kay H. Olive is Principal of Olive Strategies, LLC and Director of the Washington Homeland Security Roundtable (WHSR). Her briefing will discuss current and upcoming opportunities within the Department of Homeland Security.

Among her accomplishments, Kay has developed relationships and a rapport within the Homeland Security Community which led her to form the Washington Homeland Security Roundtable (WHSR), a liaison between DHS and industry. Her relationships enabled WHSR to coordinate the kickoff for both SBInet and the Office of Global Maritime Situation Awareness/MDA. Additionally, in leveraging these relationships, Kay served as a consultant on the winning team for one of DHS’ largest and most comprehensive procurements, the Secure Border Initiative Technology component, SBInet, and worked with the PMO and USG customer in execution of the program for an extended period. Kay also consulted with the winning team for the DHS Secondary Data Center project, participated in a non-profit quarterly working group with Secretary Chertoff and senior NAC leadership at DHS, has been selected by DHS to be an Official Observer for both TOPOFF3 and TOPOFF4, the DHS biannual exercise for comprehensive national preparedness.
