Washington Breakfast Club™
(WBC) is a monthly information exchange which features legislators, agency executives and officials from all branches of federal government presenting on relevant and timely information to interested industry participants.


For the October 2009 WBC, we welcome Mr. Riley Repko, Senior Adviser for Cyber Operations and Transformation at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C who will discuss:

"Cyberspace Warfighting Capacity:
Leveraging Private & Public Sector Collaboration"

Mr. Repko is responsible for leveraging existing cyber programs and policies and developing new transformational strategies paramount to supporting the CSAF-directed priorities in air, space and cyber operations. He serves as a functional expert collaborating with Department of Defense, federal government organizations and private industry on how to effectively integrate cyber capabilities with current operational forces within the Air Force. He establishes and maintains essential relationships, specific lines of communication and critical processes that ensure continued success across the entire Air Force operational enterprise. Mr. Repko is a Highly Qualified Expert who will serve in this assignment for three years.

The doors open at 7:15 AM for registration and networking with a hot buffet breakfast being served at 7:30. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to introduce him/herself and his/her company. Following this our speaker will present their program and we will turn it back over to networking following Q&A.

The cost of the event is $55.00 for prepaid registration. There is an additional $10.00 fee for onsite registration and payment. No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full event price.
