Breakfast Club (WBC) is a monthly information exchange which features
legislators, agency executives and officials from all branches of federal
government presenting on relevant and timely information to interested industry
Our guest for the September 2008 WBC meeting is Col. James Lien, Commander of the White House Communications Agency (WHCA).
Colonel James A. Lien leads a brigade-sized organization consisting of a joint headquarters, five strategic units, and three tactical units quartered at seven CONUS locations. He travels worldwide with the President as his principal communicator, responsible for ensuring the President, Vice President, named successors, White House staff, National Security Council, United States Secret Service, and White House Military Office are able to communicate under all conditions of peace and war.
Col. Lien will discuss the future of the mission of WHCA and the technologies he sees as relevant to achievement of that mission.
doors open at 7:15 AM for registration and networking with a hot buffet
breakfast being served at 7:30. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to
introduce him/herself and his/her company. Following this our speaker will
present their program and we will turn it back over to networking following
cost of the event is $55.00 for prepaid registration. There is an additional
$10.00 fee for onsite registration and payment.
No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full event price.
