Join us for the kick off of the 2012 Holiday Charity Bash Planning Committee.  The first meeting will be an overview of the committee, to answer any questions you may have and away for you to decide how you're going to help on the committee.  We will be hosting the meeting a 2 different times so the most people can participate.   The other time is Thursday, June 21st at 9:30 AM.

Webinar information will be sent on the morning of the call.

Last year, with the support of volunteers, attendees and sponsors, we shattered our donation goal for the 2011 Holiday Charity Bash™ by more than $5000, making a donation of $15,376 to American Freedom Foundation in support of wounded warriors and their families. Can we count on you to help us set another record in 2012? We have begun forming the 2012 Holiday Charity Bash™ Planning Committee for the December 5th event and are looking for volunteers to help lead planning efforts for this year’s event! Here’s a snapshot of the areas for which we are seeking volunteers:

  • Silent auction and mystery gift box donations
  • Marketing
  • Sponsorships

How do you participate?

Well, if you haven’t done so already, join the Holiday Charity Bash Planning Committee (http://www.theasbc.org/charitybash/committee) by clicking on the Join Group icon at the top of the page. By joining the group, you’ll be kept abreast of upcoming meetings and happenings of the committee through the blog. While you’re there, take a minute to look over what each of the subcommittees is responsible for and let us know if you’re interested in serving on a particular subcommittee by either leaving a note on the blog, or emailing us at charitybash@theasbc.org.

So what can you expect if you’re on the committee?

The subcommittees will meet monthly to keep things moving, and more frequently in the final weeks prior to the event. Meetings may be in person or via conference call with regular communication on the Charity Bash Committee blogs in between. Check out the Committee page for more details or to ask any questions!
