The President's, Owner's and Chief Executive's (POCx) Forum is an opportunity for business leaders to participate in presentations and discussions with other business leaders. The first half of each session will feature content presented by a trusted practitioner or thought-leader providing actionable content of specific interest to Owners and CEOs of companies doing business in the government sector.

The second half of each meeting is open to general discussion selected by the business leaders present at the meeting.

About This Month's Presentation by Dick Stieglitz, Busch Change Solutions
This roll-up-the-sleeves presentation explores the actions required to prepare a privately-held company for a successful and profitable exit. The information is designed to help business owners integrate one or more exit approaches into their strategic plan to accelerate growth and increase the street value of their company and the presentation is liberally spiced with stories about Dick Stieglitz’s personal experiences and the experiences of other business owners who were successful (or unsuccessful) in exiting their companies. Dick, who also serves on The ASBC Advisory Board, will introduce you to the 17 factors that determine value in the eyes of buyers - and how you can use them to put your company at the top of the multiple range among companies with similar clients, size, and offerings.

The activities and information facilitated by the POCx are intended to expand the knowledge base of company leaders and assist them in addressing business issues more informed and more quickly.

This is an exclusive opportunity for business leaders to share their experiences and develop relationships with their peers.

Participation is limited to Presidents, Owners and Chief Executives of Associate and Corporate Member companies.

Pre-registration is required. The ASBC Event Terms and Conditions are in effect.

Registration for this event includes breakfast.
