About Our Guest of Honor
Ms. Sherry Baldwin was appointed Director, Office of Small Business
Programs, and Defense Intelligence Agency in March 2008. She is
responsible for the overall management of the small business program
which includes increasing procurement opportunities for small business,
HUBZone, women-owned small business, Veteran-owned small business, small
disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business
concerns and Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority
Prior to this position, Ms. Baldwin held various acquisition positions
with the Small Business Administration, the Department of Health and
Human Services, the Department of Treasury and the Department of
Defense. Ms. Baldwin earned an undergraduate degree in Business
Management/Law and Public Policy and a MBA from Webster University, St.
Louis, MO. Ms. Baldwin is DAWIA Level III certified in acquisitions and
a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps.
Registration includes lunch at The Bolling Club at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Registration fee includes lunch cost ($30) and a credit card transaction fee of 3%.
Lunch buffet includes:
Tossed green salad with dressing,
Sliced roast turkey & Stuffing,
Whole green beans,
Mac & Cheese,
Mashed potatoes with gravy,
Dinner rolls with butter,
Coffee and tea service,
Assorted sheet cakes and apple pie.

A valid State/Federal issued picture I.D. is required to be presented to verify identity prior to entry to the installation. All guests are bound by the rules and regulations of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.
