FLSA Required Breaks for Nursing Mothers

The attached fact sheet provides detail for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("PPACA"), that went into effect on March 23, 2010. This amends section 7 of the FLSA and applies to non-exmept employees at companies with more than 50 employees.  Happy reading! Eve
