Kendra Turner is the
Director of Industry Relations of the GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS).
PBS is the landlord for the civilian federal government, acquiring space
through new construction and leasing, and acting as a caretaker for federal
properties across the country. PBS owns or leases 8,600 properties,
maintains an inventory of more than 354 million square feet of workspace for
1.1 million federal employees, and preserves more than 480 historic properties.
The PBS Industry Relations Division seeks to strengthen PBS relationships
with potential and existing vendors, promote participation and outreach through
professional organizations and associations, and support the achievement of
Federal small business goals. Kendra has 19 years of Federal service,
including 16 years within PBS. Her real estate background includes
portfolio and asset management, capital planning, financial analysis, property
management, leasing, strategic planning and performance measurement.
