For twenty-six cents a day...
I am occasionally accused of over-thinking things.
Decisions are not necessarily hard to come by for me it's just that sometimes I might rethink an idea even after having committed to it. As part of the leadership for an organization like The American Small Business Coalition, I second-guess myself fairly often especially when it comes to activities related to member benefits and programming.
Over the last year, since the revamping of our Associate Membership program decisions have been much easier to stick with, thanks to this class of member. As it turn out, this membership level which includes the Associate Business-to-Government (B2G) and Associate Business-to-Business (B2B) categories, delivers more benefit than we expected.
For twenty-six cents a day, this annual membership provides access to a community comprised of small, medium and large companies operating in the government sector and a geographic reach into nearly thirty states. It also provides very specific peer support which has proven to be invaluable, as told to us by those participating in that membership.
For twenty-six cents a day, participating members have leveraged community resources to get the answers they've needed, identified teaming partners and captured business opportunities resulting in short-term and long-term revenues.
We've worked hard to develop this program into an extremely viable offering that stays true to our mission of providing a platform which facilitates access to information and relationships for the government sector.
That's our story (and decision!) and we're sticking with it!
