Ms. Mallwitz has nearly 30 years experience in developing and
managing high-tech domestic and international programs, financial and
statistical analysis, resource analysis and management, strategic
planning, change management, quality management, training, and business
process reengineering (BPR). She is the former deputy division manager
of a 75-80 person division of a major Fortune 500 company.
Before taking early retirement from government, Ms. Mallwitz
served as the Deputy, Chief, Plans, Programs, and Analysis Branch
(OP-63), US Navy. Ms. Mallwitz provided direction, guidance and
workload planning for 35-50 personnel. She supervised the analysis,
design, development and implementation of various business applications
including administrative, budgeting, and tracking systems.
Ms. Mallwitz was responsible for determining future
information requirements and for budgeting for those needs throughout
the Navy security assistance community. Ms. Mallwitz developed policy
and procedures for implementation by other Navy activities and other
DoD and US government agencies concerning pricing, availability,
resource requirements, services, training, and logistics support.
As the Senior Vice President at CMI Management, Ms. Mallwitz
headed the Information Technology Support Services Divsion and served as
Corporate Monitor for administrative and technology related projects.
